*QI stands for Quality Index, which indicates a participant’s level of awareness, satisfaction, confidence, clarity and commitment to apply what they learned on the job.
FQI stands for Facilitator Quality Index, which measures a participant’s feedback on a facilitator’s capabilities in delivering training materials, competence, methods, questions and answers, etc.
CSI stands for Customer Satisfaction Index, which measures level of participant’s satisfaction with our service during the training program.
PQI stands for Program Quality Index, which measures a participant’s feedback on training’s material, benefit, applicability, service, etc.
